Return Policy

General

We are confident that you will love and want to keep our products. Nevertheless, any order can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. All returns must be authorized under Neatly’s discretion.

For refunds we charge a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. The amount of the return shipping fee, depends on which country you are returning from. You can see the exact amount when registering your return. You can return products for an exchange (store credit). Return shipping is free for exchanges (store credit).

Eligible for refund

The following conditions make your item(s) eligible for refund:

The product(s) are unused and remain in the original packaging including all tags and the original invoice.
You received damaged good(s) or the wrong product(s) from our end.

Ineligible for refund

The following are not eligible for refund:

Products on sale during promotions, or certain promotional or giveaway items are not eligible for return.
Any opened item(s) will not be eligible for return or refund. No exceptions.
Any items purchased at an event are not eligible for refund.

Exchange

If you’ve changed your mind and want to exchange what you bought for a different product, ask for a store credit when registering your return and send your original purchase back to us. Please email us at support@neatlystore.com so we can arrange it for you.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours by email at support@neatlystore.com. The total value of the item(s) will be refunded minus the actual delivery charges; return payment will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.

Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. If you can cancel the order before it gets processed and dispatched for delivery, you will not be charged for it. In this case, you should contact us at support@neatlystore.com as soon as possible to make the cancellation.

Select the order you want to return
Select the items and quantities you want to return
