Multi-currency priced transaction: The displayed price and currency selected by you, will be the same price and currency charged to the card and printed on the transaction receipt.

Payment

Neatly accepts payments by Visa or MasterCard, and Credit Cards. If payment is by debit or credit card, the customer must enter all the necessary information on the card and, in the case of a transaction with 3D Secure, the security code.

All information is sent securely to Neatly, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection. This prevents any unknown and unauthorized sources from accessing customer information. neatlystore.com does not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction. All prices include VAT, Neatly reserves the right to change prices at any time. On neatlystore.com prices are shown in the following currencies: Emirati Dirham (AED), Saudi Riyal (SAR), Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD), Omani Rial (OMR) and Bahraini Dinar (BHD).

Return

We can issue a refund or exchange for store credit. All exchanges are processed as store credit, meaning that the customer will be able to place a new order at no additional cost. Returned goods must be unused, unwashed, free of stains and odor, in their original packaging and containing all tags, or will otherwise not be accepted. All orders are sent in sturdy shipping boxes, which can be re-used for returns.

If you are returning your products for a refund, we will deduct a fee from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping back to the United Arab Emirates. If you are returning your products for an exchange (store credit), you will not be charged for the return shipping.Please note that you must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by Neatly.

Once the returned product is received by Neatly, the items(s) will be exchanged or refunded as per your request within 14 days. Neatly will cover the cost for outgoing shipping of exchanges, but reserves the right to request additional shipping costs from the customer in some circumstances.

User account

If you registered on neatlystore.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account from any devices, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. The site shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with this section.

Neatly trademarks and other distinctive marks belong to Neatly or Neatly’ suppliers. The customer may not change or remove any statement regarding copyrights, trademarks or any other rights included in Neatly’ products. The customer cannot sell, distribute, license, rent out, lease, lend, pledge or in any other way assign or hand over these licenses and rights of use to any third party without the prior written consent of Neatly. It is strictly prohibited to use, reproduce, copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, download, license, enter into database, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, frame, transfer, or sell any content obtained from, through or on this services, in whole or in part.

Violation of Terms

You understand and agree that in Neatly’s sole discretion, and without prior notice, Neatly may terminate your access to the site, or exercise any other remedy available and remove any unauthorized user information, if Neatly believes that the information you provide has violated or is inconsistent with these terms of use, or violates the rights of Neatly or any third party, or violates the law. You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to Neatly for violations of these terms of use and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations. Neatly may release user information about you if required by law.
