How it works

1. Download. Your files arrive by email straight after purchase.

2. Read it once. Give yourself an hour to read the workbook before you touch a shelf. The method works in order.

3. Print your worksheets. Print them all, or one at a time as you go.

4. Follow the five steps over one weekend. Saturday is for emptying, zoning and measuring. Sunday is for containing and labelling. Each step ends with a "your turn" task, so you always know what to do next.

Tip: Don't buy a single container until you've finished step three. Planning first is what makes a pantry last.

Printing tips

· Worksheets: print on standard A4 paper. Slightly heavier paper (100–120 gsm) feels best to write on.
