How it works
1. Download. Your files arrive by email straight after purchase: the workbook and the pantry labels in English and Arabic.
2. Read it once. Give yourself an hour to read the workbook before you touch a shelf. The method works in order.
3. Print your worksheets. Print them all, or one at a time as you go.
4. Follow the five steps over one weekend. Saturday is for emptying, zoning and measuring. Sunday is for containing and labelling. Each step ends with a "your turn" task, so you always know what to do next.
5. Label last. Print only the label pages you need, in English, Arabic or both.
Tip: Don't buy a single container until you've finished step three. Planning first is what makes a pantry last.

Printing tips
Worksheets: print on standard A4 paper. Slightly heavier paper (100–120 gsm) feels best to write on.
Pantry labels: print at 100% ("Actual size"), not "Fit to page", so jar labels come out at 5 × 5 cm. Use A4 matte white sticker paper, or waterproof vinyl for jars you wash, and cut along the thin frame.
Cheat sheet and house team page: print on card and place inside a cupboard door.
