Why Neatly doesn't have a price list, what real organizing projects in Dubai come to, and the five phases behind every project.

It is one of the first questions we hear: how much does a professional organizer cost in Dubai? The honest answer is that we don't have a price list, and that's on purpose. Every home, every family and every space is different, so every project is planned and priced for the space in front of us. In this guide we explain how we work, share real project ranges, and show you what moves the price up or down.

We are Neatly, a team of interior organizers based in Al Quoz. We combine home organizing with functional design, and since 2022 we have organized more than 80 homes across Dubai, from single pantries to entire villas.

Why there is no price list

Two kitchens of the same size can be completely different projects. One needs a careful edit and a few well-chosen containers. The other has years of bulk buying to work through, a family of six to plan around, and cabinets that need custom drawers before anything else can happen. A fixed price would be wrong for both of them.

What changes a project most:

  • How much is in the space. The volume of items, and how much editing is needed, affects time more than square meters do.
  • The size and number of spaces. A single cabinet is not a walk-in pantry, and an apartment is not a five-bedroom villa.
  • Complexity. Tight deadlines, such as a move-in date or guests arriving, need a larger or more senior team.
  • Products. Brands, finishes and where they come from.
  • Functional design. Custom drawers, inserts, joinery, or turning a whole room into a pantry.

That is why every project starts with a consultation. We see the space, listen to how your household actually lives, and then send a detailed, tailored proposal before any work begins.

What real projects come to

To give you a sense of scale, here are ranges from our recent work. All project prices exclude VAT.

  • Kitchen organizing: typically AED 5,000 to 15,000, depending on inventory, size and complexity.
  • Large walk-in closets: can go up to around AED 25,000, depending on the size of the wardrobe and how much needs to be edited.
  • Products: from around AED 3,000 to 4,000 for a kitchen with well-chosen, locally sourced pieces, up to AED 15,000 or more for premium brands or products imported from outside the UAE, where logistics add to the cost.
  • Functional design: custom drawers, inserts and space conversions are quoted separately, and are where the range goes highest.

These are ranges, not quotes. The only way to know what your space needs is to let us see it.

How we work: five phases

After the consultation and your approved proposal, every project follows the same five phases. This is what you are investing in.

  1. Space setup and sorting. We prepare the space, take everything out, and sort it into categories, guiding you through what to keep, donate or let go of, quickly and without the overwhelm.
  2. Space planning and product sourcing. We map how the space should work, create zones, measure, and source the right containers, baskets and inserts for your space and budget, always looking at what you already own first.
  3. Interior organizing. Folding, decanting, labeling and styling, so the space works and looks calm.
  4. Final assessment and touch-ups. We check every detail with you and fine-tune the system so it fits the way your household actually lives.
  5. Training and handover. We hand over a home manual for your space and train your household staff on it, so the system keeps working long after we leave.

Staff training and a home manual are part of every handover.

The real cost of disorganization is time: minutes lost every day looking for things, and money spent re-buying what you already own.

Keeping it organized

Organizing is not a one-time event. School terms, travel, guests and new purchases all slowly undo a system. The home manual and staff training at handover are designed to stop that from happening. For families who want ongoing support, our House management service acts as a part-time house manager: we train your team, check the standard holds and keep the whole home running smoothly, on a monthly plan.

How to get the most value for your money

  • Start with the space that stresses you most. Usually the pantry, the entrance or the main closet.
  • Don't buy containers first. Let your organizer measure and plan before you shop.
  • Do a quick edit before we arrive. Clearing obvious donations and expired food saves time on the day.
  • Involve the people who use the space. Your housekeeper or nanny should be part of the handover.
  • Plan for after the handover. Use the home manual, and keep your staff involved, so the system lasts.

What our clients say

"I am beyond happy with the amazing transformation they achieved. My home has never looked so organized and beautiful."

We have also run workshops for Four Seasons Private Residences Dubai, training house helpers and the amenities and housekeeping teams in space and drawer organization. In their words: "The session was truly enlightening and incredibly useful... everything was truly top-notch!"

Hiring an organizer vs. doing it yourself

If you have the time and energy, you can absolutely organize on your own. Hiring a professional makes sense when you are short on time, about to move, preparing for a baby or guests, or have tried before and it did not last. A professional team turns days of work into hours and builds a system designed to stay organized.

Frequently asked questions

Why don't you publish a price list?

Because two spaces that look alike can need very different work. We would rather give you an accurate, tailored proposal than a number that doesn't fit your home.

Why is the consultation paid?

The consultation is a one-hour visit with an experienced member of our team, AED 395 + VAT. We assess your space, discuss everything you need, and then prepare a detailed proposal for your project, so you know exactly what you are getting before you commit.

Are products included in the project price?

Products are priced separately, so you only pay for what your space needs. We can source them for you, or work with what you already have.

What does an organizer charge per hour?

Our team rates range from AED 152.25 to AED 603.75 per team member, per hour, including VAT, depending on the role, from team assistant to senior project manager. The minimum booking is 4 hours. Most clients find a project proposal more useful than an hourly rate, because it shows the full scope, team and timeline.

Can you train my housekeeper or nanny?

Yes. Training and handover, including a home manual for your space, is the final phase of every project. For ongoing training and support, see our House management service.

Do you work outside Dubai?

Yes. Most of our clients are in Dubai, where team travel is included. We also work in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman, where a travel fee applies.

How do I get a quote?

Book a consultation and tell us what is not working. We will visit, assess your space and send you a detailed proposal. Book your consultation here.
