What a home organizer in Dubai does

A home organizer sorts, edits and sets up your spaces so everything has a home that makes sense to you. It is not cleaning and it is not decorating. We look at how you cook, dress, play and store, then build simple systems – zones, containers, labels and layouts – that your whole household can follow, including your housekeeper or nanny.

Every project is led by a project manager and carried out by our trained organizers. We bring the products, help you decide what to let go of, and leave each space ready to use.

Our services

Interior organizing

Room-by-room organizing for kitchens and pantries, wardrobes and walk-in closets, kids' rooms and playrooms, bathrooms, laundry rooms, storerooms and garages. See our pantry and kitchen organization service.

Functional design

Custom storage and layout planning for new builds, renovations and spaces that simply don't work – drawer inserts, shelving, pantry builds and closet layouts designed around your inventory. More on functional design.

Moving & relocation

Pre-move decluttering, packing support and a full unpack and set-up in your new home, so you can live in it from day one instead of from boxes.

House management

Your part-time house manager: a house manual, staff training and regular check-ins that keep your home running the way you want, with monthly plans and a one-time set-up.

How we work

Every project starts with a paid one-hour consultation at your home (AED 395 + VAT). We look at the spaces, talk through how you use them, and then send a detailed proposal. Once you approve, the work runs in five phases:

  1. Space set-up & sorting. We empty each space, sort everything into categories and help you decide what stays.
  2. Space planning & product sourcing. We plan the zones and source the right containers, baskets and inserts – measured to fit.
  3. Interior organizing. Our team installs the system, decants, folds, labels and puts everything back with a clear home.
  4. Final assessment & touch-ups. We walk through every space with you and fine-tune anything that doesn't feel right.
  5. Training & handover. You receive a home manual, and we can train your household staff so the system is kept the way it was set up.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be home while you organize?

Not the whole time. We need you for decisions on what to keep, which we can do in person or by WhatsApp photos, and for the final walk-through.

Do you throw things away?

Nothing leaves your home without your approval. We sort items you no longer need into donate, recycle and discard, and agree with you how they leave the house.

Do you bring the organizing products?

Yes. We plan, source and measure all containers, baskets, inserts and labels as part of the project, and you approve the product list and budget before we buy.

How long does a project take?

From consultation to handover, a pantry or closet usually takes 2–3 weeks and a full villa 4–8 weeks. That covers planning, product sourcing and the organizing days on site.

Is a home organizer the same as a maid or cleaner?

No. Cleaners clean surfaces; we design and set up systems so everything has a place. We can then train your housekeeper to keep the system running.

Can you train my housekeeper or nanny?

Yes. Training and handover is the final phase of every project, and our house management plans include regular staff training and check-ins.

Which areas do you cover?

All of Dubai, plus Abu Dhabi and, on request, Sharjah and Ajman. Travel within Dubai is included; a travel fee applies outside Dubai.
